Return Policy:

To start your return process, please access our return portal link via your confirmation email.

We are committed to making sure you are in love with your Farmacy Beauty purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply return or exchange new or gently used items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your return process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund, exchange or gift card credit. If you feel your circumstances are exceptional and you are now outside of this policy, please email customercare@farmacybeauty.com

Once we have received your items, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We cannot change the payment method for any refund. Additionally, original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Return Shipping is free (US Domestic). At the end of your return portal process, you will be given a return label to ship your items back. Please box up your return and drop it off at your nearest USPS Post Office.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
